1 cup water

Preparation:

2. Put the lemon balm leaves (the amount depends on how strong you want the tea to be) in a tea strainer or an empty bag and put it in a cup.

WARNINGS
Lemongrass is a plant used to treat menstrual disorders and stimulate the menstrual flow. Thus, it is not recommended for pregnant women to take it in a concentrated amount than that found in food. Lemongrass essential oil should not be used in children. May be irritating and should be used with carrier oil before application. You should also use a small amount of lemon balm oil only for a limited time.
The safety of lemon balm oil has not yet been established in breastfeeding mothers, so avoid using it to be on the safe side.
