HERBS FOR CLEANSING BLOOD

detox2
Your blood is responsible for transporting all kinds of substances throughout your body, from oxygen to hormones, coagulation factors, sugar, fat and cells of your immune system.
There is no need to invest in an expensive cleansing diet or buy tons of detox supplements to keep your blood clean and free of toxins and waste. Your liver and kidneys are already doing a great job of purifying the blood by removing and breaking down waste.
VEGETABLES AND FRUITS:
Green vegetables are often recommended for people with kidney disease. They are rich in antioxidants and extremely nutritious. They have been shown to reduce the risk of many cancers, including kidney cancer. Plus, they are incredibly versatile. You can eat them raw, steamed, baked, grilled or as part of a soup or casserole.
BLOOD PURIFICATION HERBS
Blueberries are incredibly rich in antioxidants, which can protect the liver from damage.
Cranberry is often advertised for its benefits to the urinary tract. Cranberry has been shown to prevent bacteria from attaching to the urinary tract, which in turn keeps your kidneys free of infections.
Grapefruit is rich in antioxidants and can help control inflammation in the body. Studies have shown that the antioxidants contained in grapefruit can help protect the liver from injury and the harmful effects of alcohol.
Apples contain a large amount of soluble fiber known as pectin. Soluble fiber helps regulate blood sugar levels. Because high blood sugar can damage your kidneys, anything that helps control it will have an indirect, positive effect on kidney health.
BLOOD CLEANSING TEA
Although there are many herbs for blood purification, this time I want to single out one of my favorites and share it with you my dears. I hope and I know that it will become one of your favorites this winter.

Blood cleansing herbs - dandelions
In short, dandelion stimulates the liver and the body's natural way of detoxification. So, one approach is to buy a bunch of dandelion greens, take it home and cook it like boiled spinach. The other approach is to make a simple green dandelion tea. Dandelion tea may be a little strong in taste, but I have a tastier way to consume your dandelion, and that is through the root. So look at the recipe below for making a delicious and detoxifying dandelion root drink 🙂
PUMPKIN SPICE LATE WITH ANTI-ROOT ROOT
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground, roasted dandelion root
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 cup milk
Honey
Method of preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Put it on the stove and bring to a boil. Cook for three to five minutes.
Once the time is up, remove from the heat and pour into a cup.
If you want, sweeten with honey. Enjoy.
(I'm not sure if you will find pumpkin spice, but I do it this way):
nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
ginger 1/4 teaspoon
cloves 1/4 teaspoon
cinnamon 1 tsp
